Henley Royal Regatta is undoubtedly the best-known Regatta in the world. It is the highlight of both the summer sporting calendar and the social season. The regatta attracts thousands of visitors over a 5 day period. spectators are thrilled by over 200 races of an international standard, which includes both Olympians and crews new to the event in addition to watching the racing, visitors can take in the ambience of the enclosures, enjoying the array of restaurants, bars and shops available, as well as the charming views of Henley and the River Thames.
Sincura will once again be hosting 100 of our clients on board our New Orleans paddle steamer for finals day, where you can enjoy complimentary Pimms and champagne whilst travelling up and down the river literally yards from the rowers. In addition to watching the racing, you can take in the ambience of the enclosures, enjoying the array of restaurants, bars and shops available, as well as the charming views of Henley and the River Thames.
11:30 Meet at Hobbs of Henley (Station rd, Henley on Thames RG9 1AZ) to register..
11:00 Board boat. Enjoy welcome brunch, drinks and the band playing as you mingle with other guests.
12:00: Boat leaves to begin two laps of the river towards Marlow.. On board the boat you will enjoy lunch plus complimentary soft drinks, Pimms and Champagne.
13:30: Boat returns and guests return to Hobbs of Henley.
13:45 Short walk up to to one of the tents on the river to enjoy the rest of the day. Here you will enjoy complimentary entry and a complimentary drink on arrival.
These are complimentary tickets for our concierge and VIP tickets members plus their guests. Tickets will be sent 2 weeks before the regatta.
There is no enforced dress code - though smart summer wear is expected. Generally men wear trousers and shirt (shorts are okay if it is hot), ladies should wear dresses. No ties or blazers are required.

Thousands of spectators are attracted to the event every year. This can make travel into and around the area difficult. busy roads approaching Henley-on-Thames will be subject to a one way traffic system and restrictions during the Regatta.. A contra-flow system is in place on the A4130 between Bix and Henley due to roadworks. Vehicles over two metres wide will be diverted via the A4074 and A4155. The one-way system in Remenham changes at 4pm. Remenham lane and Remenham Church lane will become temporary clearway during the Regatta in a bid to keep the one-way system clear from parked cars. Arriva buses 800 and 850 services travel between Reading and Henley at approximately 20 minute intervals. The 800 service goes via Shiplake and Caversham. The 850 Service dos via Twyford and Margrave. The last buses leave Henley at 6:40 and 6:55.
Reading buses will be running a late service from Henley to the old Reading bus station at a cost of £10 per person or £15 for two. This service will operate on Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5th, starting from 10:30 pm, running every 20 minutes until 2:30 am
The Regatta site is well served by public transport with trains every half hour from Reading to Henley-on-Thames. The last train leaves Henley at 11pm Two trains and hour will run in each direction between Henley-on-Thames and Twyford, not all trains will stop at Wargrave and Shiplake. The last train from Henley-on-Thames will be extended to terminate at Reading.
