The Sincura CHROME MEMBERSHIP is tailored toward members that would like a full concierge service with their own dedicated Lifestyle Manager, giving the member a personalised, one-to-one experience. Your manager will be available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (out of hours available at a surcharge). your manager will be on hand for organising your private and social life., travel and nightlife bookings, to family and domestic services.

The Sincura PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP is aimed at members who need our undivided attention. You will be managed by one of our Lifestyle Managers or Director, personally on hand for your enquiries. Tap into our knowledge, expertise and unrivalled contacts for exclusive access, reservations, tickets, parties, guest-lists, VIP events and private dining. This is our premium level of membership for high-net-worth individuals and senior directors looking for the ultimate concierge experience. By strictly limiting numbers we are able to provide a superior service.
You will receive a 24 hour service from a Senior Dedicated Manager or Director. This includes international requests.
You will be fist in line to access our VIP ticket services.
You will be entitled to our priority bookings and restaurant reservations through our Director's contacts. This will provide you with the best table in the house with the best service. This is an exclusive restaurant booking service that will open the doors to the most sought after dining venues.
You will be able to access our Airport Lounge Service, you will also receive personalised assistance from our proactive elite lifestyle management service

It takes less than five minutes to join and you can start enjoying your membership straight away. Upon joining you will be contacted by your dedicated concierge who will introduce themselves and learn about you and how we can best tailor the service to you. Your membership pack will be posted to you which includes your personalised membership card. You will also be introduced to the dedicated members’ line and loaded into our client management system to keep you updated with your requests.
