  • Corporate members: 7500. Example: 2014 saw us appointed by Capco as the concierge providers for Covent Garden to manage the requirements of the residents to their £1.4 billion redevelopment
  • Credit Card members: 180,000. Example: 2018 saw us appointed by Revolut as the concierge for their top level credit card users.
  • Looking forward for 2020: With major new private and corporate clients going live in 2020 we will see Sincura’s memberships levels to triple.

  • Wealth: Our assumed entry criteria: £5 million + in assets for concierge members, £50 million + in assets for ghost membership level.
  • Fees: Concierge members range from £300-£6000 per month.
  • Behaviour: Sincura have an in-house management system which understands the behaviour of our clients. From this we can match clients to brands and products, for example if you were launching a steak restaurant we can identify those clients that live within your vicinity and who regularly eat at steak restaurants.
  • Number of requests received per day: 500+
  • Looking forward for 2020: With our company tripling in size during 2020, we expect to be processing up to 1,500 requests per day. We have already identified, hired and are training staff to cope with these new membership levels. A new board and global COO were brought in Q4 2019 to oversee our growth.

how to become a travel partner of sincura

 

The Sincura Group offer 4 levels or partners services, these are listed as below. Examples are available on request:

 

OPTION 1: NEWSLETTER FEATURE

This is for clients who would like to be featured in our Travel Newsletter, and promoted to our database with the ability to take member bookings as a Sincura partner. Package includes:

» A feature at the top of one of the Sincura Travel newsletters to our database of 115,000 announcing the partnership and introducing your brand.

» Staff awareness for client recommendations in the future.

» A one-paragraph feature at the top of one of the Sincura newsletters announcing the partnership and introducing your brand.

» Listings on our social media.

» Sending your brochures to our key members.

» Ability to list up to 4 events per year through the Sincura Newsletters and social media.

 

OPTION 2: HOTEL REVIEW

This is for hotels looking to partner with us and be listed on our website. There is no cost and this is reserved for premium venues at Sincura’s discretion. It includes everything listed in OPTION 1 plus:

» A familiarisation trip to your venue by one of our staff. Sincura will cover the cost of transfers although we would expect the venue to provide accommodation and food.

» A feature on our website as a partner hotel.

 

OPTION 3: DREAM TRAVEL DESTINATION

This is for clients looking for the maximum promotion, with a full venue review and listing on our website. There is no cost with this: this is reserved for premium venues at Sincura’s discretion. It includes OPTION 1 plus:

» A familiarisation trip to your venue by one of our staff. Sincura will cover the costs of flights and transfers although would expect the venue to provide accommodation and food.

» A full write-up on our website as a dream-destination » A standalone review newsletter featuring just your venue to our full database..

» A banner on our company emails for one month. Sincura send roughly 3,000 emails per day.

 

OPTION 4: TRAVEL SPONSOR

We are offering the opportunity for one partner to be our travel sponsor for 12 months. This includes all the above plus:

 

» banners on all our company emails and travel newsletters for a year and branding on all physicals we send to client
