Each year Sincura hosts our members, partners, and esteemed guests at Henley Royal Regatta.
It's our opportunity to thank you for your continued support, for you to meet more of the Sincura team, and network with our community.

Every year we completely take over the premium riverfront hospitality garden with unparalleled views of the racecourse.

The best known rowing regatta in the world, and a highlight of the global sporting calendar, we would be delighted for you and your guests to join us on Tuesday, 2nd July.

The event is free to attend for our members and guests with complimentary food and drinks through the day.

Last year Sincura hosted our members, partners, and esteemed guests at Henley Royal Regatta.
The day was our biggest Regatta event to date and was a huge success.
We ran the day, as a staggered event with tickets avaliable for all times. Our members got free priority access tickets with complimentary food and drink being served throughout the day.

From 12 midday, invited guests enjoyed:

⚬ Race viewing from the VIP deck
⚬ Welcome champagne on arrival
⚬ Complimentary summer cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks
⚬ Complimentary Lunch

ABOUT THE VIP HENLEY REGATTA RECEPTION

The Sincura VIP reception started at 12:00 midday and saw just 100 of our prestigious members, suppliers and partners for an intimate gathering on the VIP viewing deck overlooking the regatta course.

10 of the Sincura team were in attendance, including the two directors, making it a great opportunity to spend time with your account managers whilst meeting other prestigious guests, all while enjoying the racing and surroundings in comfort.

There was welcome champagne on arrival, with complimentary cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks throughout. A lunch buffet was accessible throughout the day.

SINCURA GARDEN PARTY

From 2pm, invited guests enjoyed:

⚬ Race viewing from the VIP deck
⚬ Complimentary grazing table lunch
⚬ One hour of complimentary wines, beers and soft drinks
⚬ Live entertainment

ABOUT THE VIP HENLEY REGATTA RECEPTION

The Sincura garden party started at 2pm, and saw the attendence of the event increase by 250 guests.

Complimentary wines, beers and soft drinks continued until 3pm, along with the grazing table for food, guests enjoyed the racing from the viewing platforms with the live entertainment beginning in the garden.

We were delighted to welcome The Revue to entertain you – a four piece roaming band crammed full of charisma, charm and effortless talent to have you singing along in the sunshine.

From 3pm until late, guests were able to enjoy the best live entertainment at Henley Regatta 2023 for the whole of the Tuesday. Acts includde:

⚬ Sam on Saxophone

ABOUT THE PARTY

The Sincura Regatta party started at 3pm and run through the night – 3PM entry tickets saw the capacity double again, and throughout the night saw well over 700 people attend.

We were again delighted to announce a world first - DJ's from HedKandi, the global record label owned by Ministry of Sound, to perform at Henley Royal Regatta at our event with some flying in from Ibiza and Australia. It was the first time they have appeared at Henley Regatta.

The line-up was as follows:
• Hedkandi's John Jones flying in from Ibiza where he is resident DJ at Mambo
• Hedkandi's Simon Speller from Australia and founder of GetANightlife
• Brother Snare on Percussion
• Sam on Saxophone

This was a party not to be missed – the biggest lineup ever to appear at Regatta – and kept clients, fans and regatta participents dancing right through to the small hours.
