Hailing from Ireland and having lived and worked around the globe, Michele brings a wealth of international experience to the Sincura team.
She joined us from her management role in a busy company organising couriers. One of the most eclectic members of the team - she previously worked as a Reindeer handler - teaching, organising and training animals.
With a keen eye on organisations - she is perfectly suited to managing our membership team, ensuring your journey with us is second to none.
The last few years have been tough for us all, firstly there was the pandemic which continues to hit the hospitality industry, and secondly was the war which forced the closure of Sincura Ukraine and the release of Sincura Russia to a standalone entity.
But Sincura made it through and came out the other side stronger than ever - we are delighted to have recorded our record year. Our membership levels are now triple those from pre-pandemic as people reassessed their concierge providers and moved to Sincura from other companies. This year saw our first royal family join, and one of our membership levels hitting capacity and now waiting-list only. We are now the proud holders of 8 Global concierge awards won over the last few years – which is testament to the hard work we put in to stand above the rest.
Our staff levels have doubled as we attract the best in the industry; we hired our first Oxford University graduate as well as a new Managing Partner, Peter, from a leading London Management Consultancy. And we have 7 more staff scheduled to join us in the new year to ensure that you are looked after with the utmost care and proficiency.
The Sincura Tickets team continue to expand our product range and footprint and 2022 saw us as the largest global provider of VIP tickets to events ranging from Glastonbury to film premieres.
The Sincura White Label service (providing our concierge branded for clients) went live for financial institutes in Hong Kong, Germany and Spain, a new members’ club in London, a yacht company, and a telecoms company. Early 2023 will see 4 more companies join the programme. The Sincura Sydney Office and Sincura UAE will both be live in the first half of 2023 to ensure we offer a truly global service with local knowledge.
Tens of thousands of people have now downloaded our App and we continue to invest in our technology to put your concierge at your fingertips. Within the month we will see 450 city guides in 15 languages loaded to your App, as well in-App notifications. 2023 will see Sincura technology officially launch as a standalone company as we develop more CRM systems for clients.
Obviously we couldn't do any of this without our members’ support and we would like to thank each and every one of you for being on this journey with us. Jitesh is medically trained as Operations Specialist within Forensic Pathology, and has been deployed to various mass-fatality incidents globally, and ensured repatriation of the deceased and personal effects from air-crash investigations in Namibia, Burkina-Faso and Alaska are professionally and more importantly completed humanely.
Multi-lingual (he speaks 7 languages) and an avid globetrotter, Jitesh ensures that the same high levels of service are carried out through all Sincura territories to esnure your experience with us is seemless wherever you around the world.

With a particular interest in technology and strategy, Jyram works to help advance our strategic approach, websites and custom in-house CRM, which over 6 years of development has grown into the advanced system on the market.
