Our app has been built from the ground up to provide Sincura members with the best experience possible. It's 100% proprietary, entirely designed and implemented by our tech team.
Before we even touched a keyboard, We spent the first four months of development, researching, picking apart and analysing apps on the market, from banking concierge services such as Coutts, AMEX and HSBC Jade, to private concierge apps, to similar news, booking and tickets services. We found that the apps in the market felt "off the shelf" were generally poorly designed, didn't tailor answers or offers to the user, and were substandard.
We engaged with 150,000 clients to understand what they would like from the app - how they would use it, and how they would like to interact with it. We then designed, redesigned and tested our app alongside one of the world's leading app design companies.
We used one of the world's leading app design companies based in London and Europe to implement the designs and vision of our technology team, headed up by our Director and Founder Tony Baxter.
Tony is passionate about using data to improve our service for our members and has been the drive behind Sincura being a technology-based concierge.
Tony started writing code at the age of 8 on his father's BBC Micro. Finding he had a passion and talent for programming, he went on to study computing, maths & finance at University, before joining software house Logica. At Logica, Tony was one of the key architects for Fastwire, the world's fastest Swift messaging system, used by Bank of England and processing five million financial messages per day.
Setting up a software consultancy at the age of 22, Tony won significant contracts with Nomura, UBS, DrKW and Finansbanken, before being asked to join the Credit Suisse Asset management team - implementing data and behaviour modelling strategies. Tony finished his IT career at Lehman Brothers.
Since founding the Sincura Group, it has been Tony's vision to bring the same approach used by major banks to the concierge industry; using data to better understand and predict behaviour to better service client needs.

We do not publish or share your data but use it to better tune answers to you and adhere to GDPR requirements. Since its inception in 2014, our custom in-house CRM system has grown into the most advanced system on the market; acknowledged by our company winning a breakthrough research and development grant in 2019.
As the most technically advanced concierge on the market, our behavioural analytics help us better understand how and why you interact with our app, your expectations and requirements. This data ensures we can be accurate in our predictions and responses. In short, it allows us to personalise our services and offer tailored recommendations at the perfect time, increasing client satisfaction, feedback and response times. We believe every company in the service industry, no matter how big or small would benefit from their own concierge. Very few have the resources, expertise or structure to implement this in-house. Our white-label concierge allows your business or brand to provide our award winning service to your staff, clients and guests under your company name. In this we offer a white label version of our ground-breaking app for your business; re-branded for you and supported by our concierge team. As well as the full app we have API documents that allow your app to talk to our backend. You can learn more about our white-label services by clicking here.
Other concierges boast that they will acknowledge your concierge request within 3 hours. But we don’t believe that’s good enough. With Sincura, it takes on average less than 2 minutes for you to receive an acknowledgement that your request has been received, viewed, loaded into our system, and allocated to an expert member of the team to start working on. We close 30% of requests within 10 minutes, over 60% within 2 hours, and 99% within 1 business day.
In the same time it takes other concierges to acknowledge your request for a restaurant reservation, with us you should be booked in, sitting down, and enjoying the dinner we have organised for you.
