Venice Carnival is a moment of celebration, seen as a fusion between the nobel men and the people of Venice, but was quickly known throughout Europe with an estimated 20,000 - 30,000 foreigners, including many kings, coming to participate in the event.

The origin of the Venice carnival dates back to the year 1094.

2024 will celebrate one of its greatest travellers, Marco Polo. On the 700th anniversary of Marco Polo's death, on January 8, 1324, Marco Polo is back to his Venice lagoon as a protagonist of the Venetian carnival tradition.

The 2024 Venice Carnival theme is travel, discovery and encounters with previously only imagined worlds.

Visiting a ''ballo in maschera" during the 'Carnevale di Venezia' in one of the palaces in Venice is a once in a lifetime experience.

Casanova will lead you to what promises to be a magical journey of discovery, game and love in their most varied facets.

The noble Casanova was a man of great culture: he devoted himself to a military career, he was a poet and biographer but, above all, he was a man of love. He succeeded in making love the true essence of his life. 

He loved many women and all, without any exception, were in love with him and he sincerely loved each of them back. As Giacomo Casanova
himself wrote in his memoirs: "Love, a gentle bitterness". And who then, if not Giacomo Casanova, could join us in this adventure so sweet and
inviting. Casanova Grand Ball will be held in the majestic and picturesque setting of the noble Venetian Palace Ca' Zeno, in
proximity to the Basilica dei Frari. In the courtyard of the palace, starting at 20.00, a welcome cocktail will receive our guests who will be cheered

A not-to-be-missed appointment for an exclusive evening on board the Venetian Galleon during Carnival: a unique occasion to live the craziest night of the year in the charming and fascinating atmosphere of a boat of other times.

After a toast with our crew on board, the Galleon will slowly start sailing towards the north part of the lagoon sailing along the islands of Murano,
Burano, Torcello and offering a charming panoramic view while on board you can taste the Great Carnival buffet with all the specialties prepared with care by our Chef on board.

After dinner we will head towards Venice to toast in front of Saint Mark’s Square, captured by the elegant magic of the most ancient Carnival of the world dancing the latest hits.

On board we will continue the party with carnival trumpets, frittelle, streamers, galani and a lot of fun until the moment of disembarkation.
